How to Reserve a conference room

JLL Assistant Property Manager Tiffany Mitchell is responsible for scheduling conference rooms at the 555-575 14th Street building. JLL lobby security will be Ms. Mitchell's backup if she is out of the office. Conference rooms are booked on a 1st come 1st serve basis, and must be made for room use for any time, any day of the week. Please allow 24 hours for processing and confirmation.

Note that the JLL only processes requests from 7:30am to 3:30pm.


Reservation Calendar

To view the Reservation Calendar you must log into the SCC.GT.Reserve@gmail.com account. The password can be found in the "Room Reservation in 14th Street building" document on the SCC google drive in the Knowledge Tranfser/Knowledge folders. This is for view only, but makes planning easier since all 5 AP rooms schedules are viewable.

Conference Rooms Available

  • Room 1102 - 20 person conference room with projector by the security desk

  • Room 1103 - 20 person conference room with projector by the security desk

  • Room 1257 - 20 person conference room with projector behind the AP auditorium

  • Room 1271 - 20 person conference room with projector behind the AP auditorium

  • Room 1253 (AP classroom) - 50 person Auditorium style lecture hall


The 2 AMPF conference rooms are also available and are managed by (Insert Name) and (insert Method)


  • Room 1530 - AMPF conference room 1 - 15 person conference room

  • Room 1532 - AMPF conference room 2 - 15 person conference room


General rules for conference rooms and classroom

  • Note from the Governing Board: Return the room layout to the way you found it, and always leave it cleaner and neater than you found it.

  • Tables and furniture are not to be moved or reconfigured without prior approval

  • Unauthorized changes to the standard room set-up could result in denial of future usage

  • Do not remove furniture, equipment, or presentation supplies from the room

  • Leave the room in the same condition received

  • Turn off all electronic equipment before leaving

  • Damages, spills, or malfunctions must be reported to scc@me.gatech.edu

  • Empty trash containers at the end of the meeting

  • Alcohol is NOT allowed in this building

  • Conference rooms are not to be used for sleeping

  • If damages due to neglect or misuse are found, the entity using the space will be held responsible for the repair costs


AV Equipment

  • 1253 (AP Classroom) has a microphone as well as speakers and a large projector screen as well as a dedicated computer (GT login required)

  • 1102, 1103, 1257, and 1271 conference rooms video input will require a VGA connection for connecting to projectors. VGA-> HDMI connectors can be found in the CEA in the top drawer of the Hart tool box. Audio does not work through this connector

  • 1530 and 1532 have HDMI cables to connect to screens on the wall
